Facilities at East and Botolph Claydon Village Hall


We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.


We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.


NB. Please note that the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the event.

Main Hall

Capacity: 120 people
Pricing: £10.00 per hour

The main hall is approximately 12m by 7.5m (39’ x 25’). Leading from this is an annexe which measures 10m by 5.7m (32’ x 18’). 

Equipment & services

Extra Bar Staff if the bar is opening before 7pm
BBQ - Gas Barbeque available for use in the garden. Hirer must supply gas and clean after use.
There are over 90 chairs.
Subject to the removal of your decorations we will clear and clean the venue for you.
We have a bespoke matching set of plates/cutlery etc for 80 persons. Other items are available to use free of charge but are of a mismatch.
Full set of disco lights and mounting frame with Bluetooth sound system
Champange flutes (120), Wine (80) and water glasses (100)
The hall has a well equipped kitchen. This features two ovens and a five ring ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher. Hirer’s have access to cutlery, cups, dinner plates etc.
Screen and Computer Projector
Bluetooth speaker system with two wireless mircophones (included in Disco Package)
We will set up your tables and chairs to an agreed plan.
We have linen tablecoths for the round tables. Hire includes cleaning
There are approximately 18 rectangular tables (1.6 x 0.76m) 10 round tables (1.52m diameter) 5 square tables (0.76 x 0.9m)
There is free Ultrafast WiFi throughtout the hall and garden

Main Hall + Mushroom Village Bar

Capacity: 150 people

The main hall is approximately 12m by 7.5m (39’ x 25’). Leading from this is an annexe which measures 10m by 5.7m (32’ x 18’).

The hall also houses an adjoining bar which is well stocked and fully licensed. The bar is available for hire in conjunction with your hall booking. Please NOTE the bar incurs additional fees for the bar staff serving at your event. Please discuss this with our Bookings Manager on enquiry.
